It was a warm, spring night in May. A light breeze was floring through the window, and the ground's of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft And Wizardry were silent. Inside the school, everything was still as could be, and all living things (with the exception of Peeves) were asleep... or well, so people thought. But not everything living inside the mighty castle was asleep, oh no. There was a Phoenix, perched a top a piece of wood in the headmaster's office and the headmaster himself, Albus Dumbledore. He was fumbling about, going through ancient scrolls and pieces of withered, yellowed parchment. Why? Because, he was researching the magical properties of Horcruxes, other than the fact it had a piece of someone's soul in it, and what people can do to protect them. And other than that, he was going through his Pensieve, looking for answers to solve the puzzle which was troubling himself, and Harry Potter, very, very much.
"Why can't I find it?" he mumbled softly. He couldn't find a very important scroll on the history of Horcruxes. It was very important, having been written by an ancient wizard (long dead) who had dealt with one and lived to tell the tale of the history from that point in, well, history.
"Well blast it..." he threw the scrolls and parchment down, and walked over to his pensieve. He took a small bottle containing something that looked like half gas, half liquid and poured it into the pensieve. "Oh Fawkes, why can't I find any answers?" Dumbledore asked his phoenix as he walked over and stroked the top of the animals head. "Why?"

(lol... I don't wanna be Dumbledore;) he's your character... we should just forget about the other thread)
Harry walked through a long corridor. He was going to do it. He was going to tell Dumbledore, about whom his granddaughter was dating. The Headmaster would be able to stop it, because this wasn't right... Buffy could not date Draco Malfoy. He had reached the gargoil, which led to the entrance of his office. That's when he remembered that a password was needed.
"Um." He began. "Can't you just let me pass? It's important for Dumbledore to know. It's about his family."
He had already tried that method before some years ago, and it didn't work this year either. The gargoil stood still. Harry tried saying all the candy and sweets he knew, and when he had said Acid Pops, it let him pass.
"Acid pops?" He said to himself. "That one again?"
He walked up the stairs, and when he was standing right infront of the door at their end, he hesitated. This wasn't right. The thing he was going to do right now, was not what Buffy wanted. She should be able to tell her grandfather herself, when she wanted to. He sighed and turned to leave, hoping that Dumbledore hadn't heard anything.

Oh but, Dumbledore doesn't miss things that often. He heard someone outside his door so he got up himself and opened it. He peeked out and saw Harry walking down the stone steps. Dumbledore decided to take action. Harry seemed to want to say something, and Dumbledore wanted to say something to him.
"Mr. Potter, I dare say you didn't come up here for a reason. So please, come in..." Dumbledore walked away from the door before Harry turned around and went back to sitting at his desk, his hands folded neatly away from other papers and things on his messy desk- well, it was semi-messy.

Hermione Walked into Dumbledore's Office, lots of things on her mind, she spoke the password and walked in, then had a seat.
"Hello Proffessor, May I ask you something?" she asked looking at his soft but stern Face.

(I think Dumbledore calls Harry... Harry ) Harry froze. Obviously, Dumbledore had heard him, and he was caught. Harry had no idea of what he should say to him. As he turned around, and saw that Dumbledore had gone back into his office, Hermione sped past him. She said something to the Headmaster that Harry couldn't hear. "Perhaps I shouldn't interrupt this..." Harry began mumbled, but took a seat anyway. That exscuse was probably not nearly good enough, since he knew that Dumbledore always wanted to know what was on Harry's mind.

{I know... but I guess, to get Harry's attention he said his last name instead of his first. Just a twist, I guess } Dumbledore smiled at Hermione and he winked at Harry, trying to say, "Be with you in a minute" without words, but with his actions. "What may I do for you, Hermione?" he asked Hermione in his all so calm, pleasant tone. Dumbledore was a very different man, especially when it came to his personality and his voice. Even when students were wrecking his office (Harry... Dumbledore thought) or just taking out a rage on Dumbledore, he'd usually be kind, polite and caring. He thought that the best way for a student to calm was to- to let it all out. That is why Dumbledore let Harry back in his fifth year rage and rage in his office, destroying things. The only time Dumbledore's body language and voice changes is when he's trying to make a point, or when he's, well, fighting evil. He's always calm, to make that all short. Calm, open and polite... well, usually.

As Harry had just sat down, he understood Dumbledore's wink, but what should he say to him? He had finaly understood, that he would be a sneak if he told the Headmaster, Buffy's grandfather, about her new boyfriend. Then he heard what Hermione had come to ask him about, and Harry began shifting uncomfertably in his seat. Why did she absolutely have to ask Dumbledore about that?
